Power List is a great mailing list manager for any site, large or small. Power List works by users entering their email address in a form with then writes it to a storage text file. When you want to send email to all the addresses in your list, you goto the mail.cgi file where you enter your message in the from provided, enter your password and then submit and email is sent to all. Users can also delete their address from the list when ever they feel like it. The admin portion will also let you delete many members from the database at one time.

E-Lists is a versatile FREE e-mail contact list generator created for the mail merge utilities built into many e-mail programs. Excellent for allowing your visitors to register for upgrade notification, newsletter registration, new product reviews etc etc - and you can now allow people to un-subscribe themselves simply by adding two radio buttons to the form. A minor change to each simple form used on your site enables registration to as many different lists as you require. List creation is automatic. CGI-Subscribe is a simple web interface which allows users to add their name and email address to a list. With the admin interface, you can then send out periodic messages to everyone on your list, change your password, or delete a subscriber. Each message sent by the program also has an "unsubscribe" URL listed at the bottom so that a user can get off the list with one click.
