PHProjekt is a groupware suite which supports communication and management of teams and companies via Intranet and Internet. Components are: group calendar with resource booking, time card system, project management, request tracker, mail client, mutual filesystem, contact manager, mail client, forum, chat, notes, todos, voting system, reminder and more. OBM (Open Business Management) is an Intranet application whose goal is to help manage a company, but can be used as a contact database or shared calendar. OBM is written in PHP and uses MySQL or PostgreSQL for storing data.

PPCIS is a portable, modular, intranet system. It features: A news page with topic filtering, user submission, and admin authorisation; A directory with support for internal lists, external contacts, and Web links; A helpdesk, with call logging, history, and a F.A.Q. database; A file store, with hierarchical file storage and group-based security. There are several levels of administrative rights, meaning that different people can be responsible for maintaining different parts of the system. The system has a centrally configured colour scheme and logo, so rebranding is easy. BHC Intranet is a PHP and MySQL-based office intranet suite similar to phpGroupWare. It includes a news page, calendar (WebCalendar), rolodex, contact log, network status page, task list, time sheet, office survey, and more.

proManager is a php based project mind-map / manager / todo list with a recursive task tree, task-related forums and an user hierarchy. It runs on a database abstraction Layer (MySQL, PostgreSQL and Oracle). It will soon suport task related attachments and a contact list.
